来到禅堂,参加禅七,不管能得到什么,参加的本身就是善根深厚才能达到的。既然来了,跨进禅堂,将心安住当下, 身心安定了,禅七的时间才不会被浪费。通过一时、一支香、一天、七天……慢慢唤醒内心的生命价值。禅七过程中,目标要明确,外缘要抛弃,亲近善知识,守禅堂规矩,才能做到勇猛精进用功。禅堂里无非就是调身、调心、调饮食、调睡眠,这四个调好了,心无杂念,方法用对,才能最终克期取证。
Methods of practicing Zen Seven (Seven days of Zen Session)No matter what you can gain from here, when you come to the meditation hall and take part in the seven-day meditation, your participation itself means you have wholesome root of Buddhism. Since you are here, when you step into the meditation hall, you have to concentrate in the present moment, settle down your body and mind. Only by this way can the time of Zen Seven not be wasted. You will slowly aware the value of life in your heart through one hour or the time of one incense or one day or seven days…. In the process of Zen seven, you should keep the clear goal, cut off the external conditions, keep close to great masters, and observe the rules of the Zen hall, so as to practice fearlessly and diligently .You come to the meditation hall just for body adjustment, mental adjustment, diet adjustment and sleep adjustment. After these four adjustments are made, the mind has no distractions. Only when the methods are used correctly can we seek for enlightenment in an appointed time.
